FIELD HOCKEY
Greencastle-Antrim 5, East Pennsboro 1: The offense was clicking Friday afternoon at Enola as the Blue Devils rolled to a Mid Penn Colonial victory over the Panthers.
“We came to play today,” Greencastle coach Keara Allshouse said. “The entire team had beautiful full field passing connections and we truly worked as a team throughout.”
Natalie Medina led the way on offense with 3 goals and an assist, Rowan Shubert scored a goal and had 2 assists, and Camryn Guthrie had a goal and an assist.
Allshouse said, “The offensive line worked in a fluid manner to score the goals. We had several defenders switching to midfield to help continue the natural flow of the play. It was awesome to see all our hard work paying off.”
Rebecca Jones made 8 saves for G-A (2-3, 2-3 MPC).
