DIVING
2 Trojans place: Chambersburg had a pair of divers compete in the Mid Penn Plunge diving event on Tuesday and both of them earned a place.

Addison Zimmerman finished second in the girls competition (14 divers) and Kruz Shope was fourth in the 9-diver field for boys.

Trojan diving coach Heather Brindle said, “Addie had her best met of the season, even without practicing the past two weeks due to a concussion. Her forward 1 1/2 was the best she’s ever done, getting 7 and 7 1/2s from the judges. Kruz is only a freshman and has come a long way since the beginning of the season. His back somersault straight was really nice.”
