On Tuesday evening, Southern Fulton went to Berlin Brothersvalley for the semi-finals of the PIAA District 5 playoffs and lost to the Mountaineers 73 to 42. The Indians (14-10), were outscored 23 to 12 in the first and then went down 53 to 23 by halftime, with Berlin pulling away for the victory.
Coach Jeremy Hann stated “Berlin is good, it would be an upset if they are not a Final Four team, and they sure played like one tonight. We have to use the experience from a game like this to help us as long as we can keep playing”.
