GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Greencastle-Antrim 3, Waynesboro 0: The Blue Devils continued to be on a serious roll, shutting out Waynesboro in a Mid Penn Colonial match Thursday evening at home.
Greencastle (11-1, 10-1 MPC) won games of 25-19, 25-22 and 25-17 over the Maidens. In the Blue Devils’ 10-match winning streak, 9 of them were 3-0 G-A wins.
“It was a great atmosphere for a game tonight,” Greencastle coach Corry Eagler said. “Kudos to Waynesboro for playing scrappy and keeping us on our toes. Our girls had a bit of adrenaline early on, but leveled out and scored when needed.”
Abby Eagler led in kills with 12 and added 10 digs, Lily Kauffman contributed 10 kills and 3 aces, Wren Roberts had 3 aces and 10 digs, and Alaina Garling was credited with 6 digs and 14 assists.
Mia Jones came up with 6 kills, Brianna Woodring had 3 aces and Kylie Kerns had 18 assists.

West Perry 7, Greencastle-Antrim 0: The Mustangs compiled a Mid Penn Colonial win over the Blue Devils at Kaley Field on Thursday night. G-A is 4-12, 3-8 MPC).
