Northeastern 8, Greencastle-Antrim 6: The Blue Devils made an uncharacteristic 4 errors Friday afternoon and dropped a non-league home game to Northeastern.

The Bobcats (11-6) turned those errors into 5 unearned runs off Greencastle starter Kaidyn Zimmerman. She gave up 4 hits and 4 walks while striking out 6 in 5.2 innings.

The Blue Devils (13-3) led 1-0 until Northeastern scored 3 in the fifth. They got 5 more in the sixth before G-A got back into it with 5 in their half of the sixth.

For Greencastle, Sydney Orndorff was 2-for-4 with a double and 2 runs batted in, Meadow Gambacurta hit 2 doubles in 3 at-bats and Abby Stouffer doubled twice in her 4 at-bats with an RBI. Caroline Logsdon also drove in a run.
