BOYS: Southern Fulton defeated Fannett Metal on Friday evening 62 to 40. The Indians (12-2, 10-1 ICC) took the early lead and never trailed in the ball game.
Southern Fulton was led by Dane Harvey with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists Hunter Ward had 14 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals. Paul Hendershot had 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists. Sam Stotler had 8 points, and 3 steals. Ethan Mellott had 6 points, 3 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and a block. Josh Morgan had 6 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals.
Fannett Metal was led by Evan Wingert and Drew Goshorn with 10 each.
The Indians play again on Saturday at James Buchanan in a non-conference match up.

GIRLS: Southern Fulton won against Fannett-Metal Thursday night 40-21. The Indians (6-8, 6-6 ICC) took control of the game from the start. Coach Mina Wilt said “The Indians fought hard and played well throughout the game. “
Andrea Elder led with 19 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Emma Wilson had 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists. Ashlynne McQuait had 4 points, 11 rebounds, and 1 steal. Braelynne Shives had 2 points and 3 rebounds.
Southern Fulton will play Everett away Monday, January 30.
