Shippensburg 42, Greencastle-Antrim 6: The Blue Devils earned decisions in two of the four bouts wrestled Thursday night in a Mid Penn Colonial match at Shippensburg.

At 138, G-A’s Garrett Keener took a 7-1 decision over Alex Holderbaum, scoring a takedown in each perieod.

Mason Booze was also a winner at 145, taking a wild 12-11 verdict over Eddie Alcantara. In the second period, tied 2-2, Booze scored a reversal and two nearfall points, plus a pair of penalty points, to lead 8-5, then survived a late reversal by Alcantara in the third.

At 172, Adam Booze was tripped up 5-2 by John Gleason, while at 215, Jonathan Redos fell 8-5 to Ship’s Patrick Reed.

Greencastle finishes the dual season with a 1-10 record (1-5 MPC); the Greyhounds are 4-9 (2-4 MPC). The postseason begins for both teams with the Section III Tournament at Mechanicsburg on February 19.
