Greencastle-Antrim 22, James Buchanan 18: The Blue Devils were able to win all four bouts that were wrestled and that proved to be just enough to defeat the Rockets in a Mid Penn Colonial match Thursday night in Mercersburg.

At 132, Garrett Keener scored a pin in 1:06 and a pin in 4:32 by Mason Booze at 145 tied the match, 12-12. At 160, a 9-1 major decision for Adam Booze put the Blue Devils (1-7, 1-2 MPC) ahead by four, then Jonathan Redos scored a pin in 1:41 at 189 to clinch the victory.

The Rockets (0-9, 0-4 MPC) were able to score points on forfeits to Jeremy Minor (106), Donald Barnhart (138) and Ryland Spencer (285).

BOYS BASKETBALL
Greencastle-Antrim 60, Northern York 50, OT: The Blue Devils are now on a 4-game winning streak after handing the Polar Bears a 10-point defeat in overtime at home Thursday night in a Mid Penn Colonial contest.

Greencastle (6-10, 4-6 MPC) avenged  a 54-37 loss to Northern earlier in the season.

Conner Wright carried the Blue Devils by scoring 28 points. He banged in four 3-pointers, and in OT, he hit a three and another bucket and went 6-for-7 at the free throw line. Andrew Kerns hit two shots from the field in OT and Surzano Solomon was 2-for-4 at the line.

Solomon totaled 9 points and Kerns and Blake Shadoan each added 7 points.

For the Bears (5-8, 4-5 MPC), Ryan Delafield led with 14 points.
