Chambersburg roundup: Volleyball team earns nice win over Wilson

Chambersburg 3, Wilson 0: The Trojans hit the road Saturday morning for a non-league test at Wilson and handled the Bulldogs in three games, with scores of 25-16, 25-17 and 25-22.

Chambersburg is now 5-1 and has won four straight. Wilson is now 3-2.

The defense piled up 34 digs, led by Cole Myers with 11. Wyatt McMullen and Riley Laite each contributed five. Myers also had 20 assists and Kyle Ganoe added 12.

Jackson Stahl posted a whopping 19 service points, while Camden Etter had 13 and Laite had 11, plus two aces.

Four players tied for the lead in kills with six — Ganoe, Laite, Etter and Stahl. Etter was strong at the net defensively, with six blocks and five block kills.
