Warfordsburg, Pa. – Forbes Road (0-13, 0-8 ICC) was defeated by Southern Fulton on Friday evening, in a conference game 57 to 18. The Indians built a 15 to 0 lead at the end of the first period and never looked back. Southern Fulton (9-5 7-2 ICC) was led by Justin Morris with 10 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 7 steals, and 2 blocks. Dane Harvey added 10 points and 3 rebounds. Gabe Stotler had 8 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Dylan Melton had 7 points, 2 rebounds and 2 steals. Wyatt McGowan led the Cardinals with 6 points and 8 rebounds. Matt Clippinger added 4 points and 6 rebounds. Rebounds FR 21 SF 34. Turnovers – FR 24 SF 9. JV – SF 34 FR 16 (SF Caleb Elder 11 points). Forbes Road travels to Tussey. McConnellsburg 66 Fannett Metal 37

McConnellsburg, Pa.Fannett Metal (4-11, 2-7 ICC) traveled to McConnellsburg (4-11, 3-5 ICC) to square off in a conference matchup, which saw the Spartans come out on top with a 66 to 37 win. Zander Sipes led the Spartans with 21 points and 2 steals. Wyatt Hershey added 13 points and 2 assists. Austin Johnson chipped in 9 points and pulled down 9 rebounds. This was a total team effort as Kyle Romig had 7 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, Gerald Weller 4 points, 7 rebounds, Garrett Bunch 3 points , 5 assists, and Walker Funk 4 points and 4 steals. Spartan Coach Josh Lowery commented, “This was a much needed all around team win, our record doesn’t show it, but we have the ability to be a very dangerous team and our team goal is to finish the season strong!” The Tigers were led by Colton Freise with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Hunter Hill added 11 points and 6 rebounds. Darston Warren chipped in 5 points and 6 rebounds and Wyatt Appleby had 5 points. Fannett Metal will host Southern Huntingdon on Tuesday, while McConnellsburg will host Everett at 6:00.

Fort Hill 46 Southern Fulton 39

Cumberland, Pa. – Southern Fulton (7-4) traveled across the Mason-Dixon Line to Fort Hill and dropped a non league contest 46 to 39. Jalyn Hann led the Indians with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Lindsey Hollenshead added 12 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Southern Fulton Coach Joe Hollenshead commented, “We missed layups early and fell behind.  We were able to get within two late, but they hit a few tough shots to seal the win.” JV – SF 37 FH 13 (SF – Sam Ashkettle 12 points) Southern Fulton will host Northern Bedford on Monday at 6:00.
