Cumberland Valley 59, Chambersburg 23: Bre’ya Clopper put up a career-high number of points Friday night for the Trojans, but it wasn’t nearly enough in a Mid Penn Commonwealth defeat to the Eagles.

Clopper scored half of her 16 points in the first period, when Chambersburg (3-7 (1-5 MPC) hung with Cumberland Valley (7-2, 5-1 MPC), trailing only 15-11.
But the Eagles outscored Chambersburg 16-2 in the second quarter and 23-5 in the third to run away with the win.
Clopper banged in four 3-pointers.
