Southern Fulton 1 Windber 0 OT

Warfordsburg, Pa. – Southern Fulton (11-5) hosted Windber and edged the Ramblers 1 to 0 in overtime. Darwin Reyes’s goal in overtime was the game winner for the Indians. Southern Fulton outshot Windber 12 to 8. Colby Whiteside had 6 saves in goal to preserve the shutout. Southern Fulton Coach Hervey Hann commented, “It was an extremely rough game. We were able to come away with the win in overtime with an excellent cross by Tyler Youngblood that was headed by Caleb directly to Darwin. The defense again played an excellent game with only allowing 8 shots. The offense moved the ball well till we got to the 18 and it was a real fight from there.” Southern Fulton will travel to Johnstown Christian Academy on Monday for a 4:00 start.

Fairfield 7 Forbes Road 2

Fairfield, Pa. – Forbes Road (1-14-1) traveled to Fairfield and fell to the Green Knights 7 to 2. Cardinal goals came from Nick Reyan and Jonas Shaneman. The Cardinals will travel to Northern Bedford on Monday for 4:00 start.

Windber 3 Southern Fulton 2

Warfordsburg, Pa. – Despite a 2-0 lead going into halftime the Lady Indians of Southern Fulton (11-4) couldn’t hold on for the win when they faced the Lady Ramblers of Windber at home on Saturday afternoon. Grace Mosemann scored off of a pass from Lydia Hiller in the first half followed by a PK by Lydia Hiller seven minutes later. But Windber did not quit pressing and tallied three second half goals for the win. Goalkeeper Jenna Dere had ten saves on 14 shots in the defeat. Southern Fulton will host Conemaugh Township on Monday at 4:00.

McConnellsburg 3 Fannett Metal 2

McConnellsburg, Pa. – The Lady Spartans (8-7, 5-4 ICC) defeated Fannett-Metal Friday night 3-2.  Sheridan Perry scored all three Spartans goals.  Lainnie Glenn has two assists and Jensen Boehme assisted on the third goal.  McConnellsburg will host Berlin on Monday at 4:00.
