McConnellsburg 3 Fannett Metal 3

Willow Hill, Pa. – The McConnellsburg (1-3-1, 1-1-1 ICC) and Fannett Metal (3-1-1, 1-1-1 ICC) girl’s soccer team played to a 3-3 draw in an Inter County Conference matchup. The Spartans held the lead twice in the game but were unable to pull out the victory.  The Spartan goals were scored by Meredith Elvey, Izzy Keefer, and Lainnie Glenn.  Jensen Boehme provided assists on the first two goals while Kailey Swope added the assist for the third goal.  Fannett Metal’s goals were scored by Jenna Hoffman, Brynn Hartman, and Quehanna Coble. McConnellsburg will host North Star on Saturday, September 22, at 12:00. Fannett Metal will travel to Everett on Monday, September 24, for a 5:00 start.
