Bellefonte, Pa. Southern Fulton (22-4) continued on its history making run with a convincing 11-0 win in the PIAA Class A Semifinals over Sayre Area High School. The District V Champions scored three runs in the first, led by Branden “Big Country” Lynch’s double and never looked back. “Big Country” wasn’t done and launched a massive 410′ grand slam in the bottom of the fourth. The fourth began with an Eaven Gordon single, followed by a Josh Stocker sacrifice bunt. Cooper Grove reached via an error and Mitchell Potter singled to left, putting the Indians up 5-0. Sophomore Stotler’s stellar pitching shutout allowing three hits while striking out six and walking none and Lynch’s seven RBI’s will have the Indians playing in the championship on Friday.
