Southern Fulton 9 High High Point Baptist 1

Southern Fulton (21-4) advances to the PIAA “A” Final Four with a convincing 9-1 victory vs High Point Baptist at Northern York High School today.  The Indians were led by starting pitcher Branden “Big Country” Lynch’s complete game 4 hitter with 7 KOs.

The Indians started the action by pushing 3 runs across in the 2nd inning thanks to Tyler Unger’s 2 run single.  Unger finished the day 3-4 with three RBI’s.  Dylan Melton also collected 3 hits on the day and Josh Stocker and Cooper Grove shared a multi hit day for the Indians.

The Indians enter the FINAL 4 for only the 3rd time in school history.  They will now play SAYRE Area High School on Monday at a time and site TBA.
