Fishertown, Pa. – The McConnellsburg girl’s swept a Sideling Hill League double dual against Northern Bedford and Chestnut Ridge. Against NBC the Lady Spartans had first place finishes in the 4×800 (Boehm, Ott, Booth, Fuller) 12:51.4, 4×400 (Perry, Boehm, McEllihiny, Spiegle) 4:41.5. Spiegle took firsts in the 100 and 200 Meter runs and McNemar won the high jump at 4’10”. The Lady Spartans swept the throwing events as Dodson won the shot put (37’4″) and discus (102’1″) while Truax won the javelin with a throw of 81’1″.

Against Chestnut Ridge the Lady Spartans also took first in the 110 Hurdles (Wenchoff, 18.2), 400 Meter (K. Perry 1:05.0), 3200 (Booth 13:58.8), and Harnish won the Triple Jump (28’3″) and Long Jump 13’4″).

Fishertown, Pa – Fannett Metal fell to Chestnut Ridge. First place finishers for the Lady Tigers were 100 Meter (Ritchey 14.1), 400 Meter (Neil 1.07.8), 4×400 (Neil, Ritchey, Lisinski, Hartman 5.17.6), Javelin ( Rotz 97.5) and Pole Vault ( Hartman 13’1.5″).

Southern Fulton continued a fine track season with wins over Everett and Williamsburg. The Lady Indians against Everett picked up first place finishes in the following: 4×800 (Hull, Hollinshead, Fischer, Risbon, 12:16), 110 Hurdles (Wills, 19.1), 1600 Meter (Hull, 6:35), 300 Hurdles (Gregory, 57.1), 200 Meter (Dudich, 28.9), 4×400 (Dudich, Risbon, L.Hiller, J. Hiller, 4:36.9), Shot Put ( O’Neal, 30’3″).

The following also picked up first place finishes against Williamsburg: 100 Meter (Dudich, 13.0), 4×100 (Dudich, McDonald, Jordan, Hiller, 52.9), 400 Meter (Hiller, 1:03.4), 800 Meter (Risbon, 2:50.3), 3200 Meter (Fischer, 15.14.6), Discuss (Day, 73’0″), Javelin (Gordon, 89’11”), Pole Vault (Bradshaw, 7’9″), Long Jump (Hollenshead, 14’1.15″) Triple Jump (Hollenshead, 29’11.25″), and High Jump (Gordon, 4’6″).
