McConnellsburg 4 Forbes Road 2

McConnellsburg, Pa. Lucas McClain led the way for McConnellsburg (3-3, 3-2 SHL, 3-2 ICC) with 2 HR’s and 3 RBI’s as McConnellsburg took the lead in the bottom of the 5th and held on for the victory over league rival Forbes Road (2-4, 2-4 SHL, 2-3 ICC). Zander Sipes led off the bottom of the 5th with a double and was sacrificed to third by Garlock. Jacob Miller had a single on the drawn in infield to score Sipes and McClain hit his second HR to give Mccbg the lead.  Colton Mellott entered the game with one on and no outs in the top of the 6th for his first save of the season.   WP Feagley, LP Hall   Save Mellott
