Turkeyfoot 74 Forbes Road 67

Forbes Road traveled to the far end of District V and hung tough against a talented Turkeyfoot Valley team, but came up short in a 74-67 loss. Brycen Hohman led the Cardinals with 21 points, Grayson Hall added 19 points, and Talon Blair chipped in 10. Cardinal Coach Trent Black commented, “Aside from a stretch of a few minutes of the third quarter where we couldn’t find a bucket, we did most everything we wanted to do.  We rallied to cut it to two with under a minute, but Turkeyfoot made the free throws they needed to close it out.  We turned in a quality team effort in a tough place to play, but came up just a few plays short.” Forbes Road ends their season with a record of 9 wins and 13 losses.
