The Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils won their fourth game in a row and improved to 5-1 on the season with a 75-42 win over the Central Dauphin Rams at Colonial Park Friday night. The Blue Devils took charge early and never trailed in the game.
Ben Freeman had 21 points, Ian Gelsinger had 18 points and Bryon Gembe added 17 points to pace the Blue Devils.
Greencastle built a 39-22 halftime lead and outscored CD 36-20 in the second half, including 27-8 in the third quarter, and at one time in the fourth quarter the Blue Devils’ lead ballooned to 42 points. Greencastle had 11 three-pointers, including five from Ben Freeman.
Grant Smith led the Rams with 9 points and Nick Santiago netted 8 points.
The 6A Rams of the Mid Penn Commonwealth Division fall to 1-6 on the season.
The Blue Devils will return to action in the East Pennsboro Tournament on Friday, Dec. 29 at 6:00 p.m. against Donegal.
