Greencastle advances to District Semifinal and clinches State Birth

Jared Rohrbaugh off an assist from Brandon Stuhler scored just 5:43 into the game and Greencastle-Antrim defeated Lampeter-Strasburg 2-0 to advance to the PIAA District 3 Boys Soccer semifinal. Despite having several chances the Blue Devils were unable to find the net again until 10:16 remaining in the game when Tyler Noblit scored off an assist from Josh Kline.

With the victory Greencastle advances to the District 3 semifinal Monday October 30 against Mannheim Central. The game will be played at Kreisler-Hallman Field at Lower Dauphin Middle School at 5:30 p.m.The winner will advance to the District 3 Championship Game.

With the win tonight GA clinches a berth in the PIAA State Tournament. It marks the first time ever the Blue Devils have made the states.
