Rachel Manikowski had a big match to lead James Buchanan past Milton Hershey 3-1 in a girls volleyball match Monday.

Manikowski came through with 11 aces, 10 digs and 7 kills to lead the Rockets, who dropped the first game 25-16, but took the next 3 games – 25-6, 25-3 and 25-15.

Other stat leaders for JB were Kirstyn Black (4 kills, 4 blocks), Jenna Mongold (7 assists) and Alyssa Blair (9 digs). The Rockets also won the JV match 2-0 (25-15, 25-19).
