The Greyhounds ran in the Carlisle Invitational Cross Country meet- one of the top meets in the Country.
The varsity girls and boys raced in the Champions race-a step below the Challenge race of the top runners in the Middle Atlantic region.
Bailey Renfrow was the top Greyhound finisher at 148th in 17:58. Other teammates who finished were Ben Byer (176, 18:12), Sam Nonomaker (226,18:58), and Fran Serrato (275, 19:02).
Female racers were junior Teddi Powell (48, 20:42), Cat Crochuni-Brown (113, 21:40), Marina Hastings (213), and Remy Staver (219) in the varsity girls champions race.
The Junior Varsity boys were split into two races- one for just ninth graders and one for 10-12th graders.
The Ninth graders finished 8th as a team. Gabriel Brandt finished in 8th place (3rd in scorers) in 17:42, a good finish considering the over 200 runners in the race. Kyle Buchheister took 25th (20) at 18:20. Elias Spence took 54th (40) and Wyatt Williams followed in 74th place (52). Zeke Lyman and Hunter Lay rounded out the Greyhound freshmen.
The 10th grade team finished 40th as a team. Runners were Elijah Shively, Noah Kennedy, Chandler Durf, Sean Meehan, Zack Harfst, and James Langella. There were over 500 runners in this race.
Junior varsity girls finishers included Sara Lamonica, Margaret Spika, and Marian Goates.
