Mifflin County 4, Chambersburg 2: The Huskies scored three goals in the second half to break a 1-1 tie and defeat the Trojans in a Mid Penn Commonwealth Division game Saturday. It was the second time in three days Mifflin County beat Chambersburg, winning 6-0 on Thursday.

Sage Piper scored in the first half for the Trojans (2-7, 0-6 MPC), and Jess Champion added a goal with 2 minutes left in the game. Taylor Detrich made a defensive save.

GIRLS SOCCER

State College 4, Chambersburg 1: The Trojans dropped to 4-6 (1-6 MPC) with a loss to the Little Lions. Ashlynn Swanger scored Chambersburg’s goal on a penalty kick.
