Chambersburg 5, Red Land 0: The Trojans finished their regular season with 5 consecutive victories, including a whitewash over Red Land in a non-league clash at Norlo Park on Tuesday afternoon.

Trojan coach Niko Mucci said, “I’m extremely thankful to be associated with this group of young ladies. This is the strongest team I’ve ever coached and I’m thrilled to see what the future holds for them as tennis players and as people.”

Kaylie Stull

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Mechanicsburg 3, Chambersburg 0: The Wildcats never let the Trojans breathe and took a Mid Penn Commonwealth victory on Tuesday night in Mechanicsburg.

The game scores were 25-14, 25-23 and 25-22.

“It was a rough night against a solid Mechanicsburg team,” Chambersburg coach Ty Frelin said. “They have a couple of really good hitters and we just couldn’t stop them. We played hard, but just couldn’t get the lead in any of the three sets. It’s tough when you’re constantly playing from behind.”

Kaylie Stull covered a lot of ground on defense and made 21 digs. Lexi Poe led with 8 points, Kasey Moser had 6 kills and 6 digs and Olivia Shearer posted 4 kills.
