Gettysburg 4, Greencastle-Antrim 1: The Warriors put in 2 goals in each half to send the Blue Devils to a Mid Penn Colonial defeat on Wednesday evening in Gettysburg.

Down 2-0, Greencastle (2-5, 2-4 MPC) got back into it with a goal by Cooper Noblit, assisted by Liam Fulton.

“We had them on their heels after our goal; we were controlling the match and had the better of possession,” G-A coach Tim Carey said. “But a bad touch hurt us again and we gave up the last goal on bad marking.”

Joe Lofton made 6 saves in the goal for the Blue Devils.

Carey said, “We were missing two senior starters, so we were a really young team today. We continue to take baby steps. I think the second time around in the division will be different.”
