The Shalom Lady Flames traveled to Frostburg, Maryland for their final regular-season game of the 2025–26 campaign and earned a hard-fought 54–48 victory over the Mountain Ridge Lady Miners.

The first quarter was tightly contested, with both teams trading baskets. The Flames held a one-point lead at the end of the period. Mountain Ridge edged ahead briefly in the second quarter, but Shalom closed the half strong to take a one-point advantage into halftime.

Without access to a locker room and spending halftime in the hallway, the Lady Flames came out energized in the third quarter. They erupted for 19 points while holding the Miners to 12. The Flames also made key defensive adjustments on Kealana Puaauli, who had scored 18 points in the first half. She was limited to just three points in the third quarter and three more late in the fourth, finishing with a game-high 24 points.

Mountain Ridge made a late push in the fourth quarter, and the Flames felt the lead tightening. However, Shalom dug deep. Maya Lehman calmly knocked down three of four free throws down the stretch to help secure the six-point win.

The Flames had a balanced offensive effort. Maya Lehman led the way with 16 points. Addison Adams battled through illness to contribute 15 points, and Emily Rebok added 12, including a crucial offensive rebound and put-back in the fourth quarter. Sophomore Sydney Moore recorded six points and six blocks while anchoring the defense. Julianna Myers hit a key free throw in the fourth and once again battled hard on the boards. Sophomore Chloe Diller provided valuable minutes with freshman Harper Adams sidelined due to the flu.

With the win, the Shalom Lady Flames finish the regular season 16–6 and currently sit in second place in the District 3 AA Girls Power Rankings. They will host third-place Camp Hill in the District 3 semifinals next Friday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m.
