The Chambersburg girls wrestling team, in just its second season, completed a 20-5 dual-meet regular season on Saturday by going 6-0 and winning the Elco Duals Tournament.

Now it’s postseason time for the Trojans, who gained the No. 11 seed in the first-ever District 3 Team Championship tournament. The top 16 teams, based on power rankings, qualified for the event, which has just one class.

Districts begin Wednesday night at the home of the top four seeds, with the quarterfinals wrestled immediately following the first round.

Chambersburg will face No. 6 seed Upper Dauphin (7-0) at Gettysburg at 6 p.m. The winner of that match will take on the winner of No. 2 Gettysburg (14-1) vs. No. 14 Cedar Crest (9-4).

The quarterfinal winners will move on to Saturday, where the semifinals and finals will be wrestled at Gettysburg. The quarterfinal losers are done until the individual postseason begins with Sectionals on Feb. 13.
