The Chambersburg Lady Trojans will play the Cumberland Valley Eagles for the District 3 6A Softball Championship at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m. at Shippensburg University. The game was originally scheduled to be played at Millersville University.
At 4:00 p.m. Greencastle and Red Land will complete their 5A District semifinal game suspended by rain on Monday with Red Land leading Greencastle 5-2 after 3 1/2 innings.
Both games will be broadcast on Mid Penn Broadcasting beginning with the pregame show at 12:40 p.m. Greg Hoover, John Freeman and Ed Gotwals bring you the play-by-play on Mid Penn Broadcasting and the conclusion of the Greencastle-Red Land game will also air on 93.7 FM WRGG.
