The Tigers(4-5) led the entire game and seemed poised to close out the game. With the Tigers holding a 50-42 lead in the 4th, Northern Bedford went on a 6-0 run to pull within 2 points. While the Tigers were struggling on the offensive end, the Black Panthers Wesley Horsch had 11 of his game high 22 points in the quarter to lead the Black Panthers to the come from behind victory. “The boys played hard tonight but this was a very disappointing loss,” Coffman said.
Landon Arnold had another solid night for the Tigers with 20 points and 6 rebounds Evan Wingert had 10 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds. Broc Hostler had 9 points and 5 assists. Gage McClure knocked down 3 treys to finish with 11 points. Jake Coffman had 5 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Colton Daniel chipped in 2 points. The Tigers had 14 turnovers and the Black Panthers had 15 turnovers. The Black Panthers shot 22 foul shots in the game while the Tigers only shot 6 foul shots.
The Tigers return to action Friday night when they host Claysburg-Kimmel.
