The Mid Penn Conference released its winter sports all-star teams on Sunday, and 39 local athletes and two coaches were honored.
In boys basketball, Chambersburg’s J.J. Kelly was selected on the first team for the Commonwealth Division, but Jaydon Smith of Carlisle was tabbed as the division’s Player of the Year.
In the Colonial Division, Conner Wright and Eli Sterling were named to the first team, while G-A’s Todd Stephens was named Coach of the Year.
Haley Noblit of Greencastle was named the Player of the Year and made first team in the Colonial Division in girls basketball. Tyler Stoner of Waynesboro was picked as the Colonial Coach of the Year.
In wrestling, the only first-team selection was 215-pounder Aiden Hight of Chambersburg.
