BOYS: Southern Fulton played at Windber Wednesday night and came short in an ICC non-conference game 48 to 39. The Indians (7-5, 2-1 ICC South), played even through the first period but went to the half down three. Despite out-rebounding and outshooting the Ramblers, Southern Fulton was unable to capitalize due to too many untimely turnovers.
Hunter Ward led Southern Fulton with 10 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists. Paul Hendershot had 10 points and 2 assists. Ethan Mellott had 7 points and 6 rebounds. Jett Burger had 6 points and 4 rebounds. Trentin Cain had 4 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. Sam Stotler had 2 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Grady Klosky led Windber with 20 points.
Southern Fulton plays at McConnellsburg in an ICC south contest on Friday night.

GIRLS: The Southern Fulton Indians (8-5) played the Windber Ramblers Wednesday in a home makeup game. The Indians had the lead at the end of the first quarter, 14-11, but did not hold it after that quarter in a 55-43 defeat.
The second quarter was the real difference in the game. The Ramblers outscored the Indians by 12 points which is the difference in the final score.
Coach Wilhemina Wilt said” We give the girls credit for keeping their heads and working hard to try to cut that deficit. They played hard the whole game. Elder had her first triple-double of the year with points, rebounds, and blocks. She worked hard defensively by shutting down the middle. “
Elder led with 14 points, 11 rebounds, 10 blocks, and 1 assist. Harvey had 10 points, 4 steals, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. Stotler had 7 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals. McQuait had 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Pittman had 4 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist. Johnson had 2 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Southern Fulton JV fell 33-9.
