Northern York 56, Greencastle-Antrim 37: The Mid Penn Colonial leading Polar Bears defeated the Blue Devils for the second time this season, this time by 19 points, in a game in Greencastle on Friday night.
Northern (14-0) jumped out to a 17-5 lead after one quarter, and kept that 12-point lead at halftime. Greencastle (8-5, 5-3 MPC), which has lost 4 of its last 6 games, made only 1 of 14 shots from the field in the opening period.
For the Blue Devils, Eva Martin scored 12 points and had 4 steals, Haley Noblit also scored 12 points and added 7 rebounds and 4 assists, Ainsley Swindell grabbed 7 rebounds and Meadow Gambacurta had 5 points and 3 boards.

Greencastle-Antrim 47, Northern 42: A couple of the Blue Devils’ usual scorers had off nights, but two players picked them up and G-A survived a Mid Penn Colonial game against the Polar Bears on Friday night.
Surzano Solomon and Conner Wright each put up 17 points for Greencastle (11-2, 7-1 MPC). Solomon’s total was a career-high mark, and it included going 4-for-6 at the foul line in the fourth period. Wright scored 8 of his points in the third quarter.
The teams never had a more than 4-point advantage at any quarter break.
Ryan Wagner led Northern (4-9) with 16 points.
