State College 3, Chambersburg 0: The Trojans finished their season with a Mid Penn Commonwealth defeat to the Little Lions on Thursday night at CASHS Field House.
“State College was the better team tonight,” Chambersburg coach Ty Frelin said. “They served extremely well and we just couldn’t get into any kind of rhythm.
“It was a tough finish to a tough season.”
Addi Kegerreis led the Trojans (7=11, 3-7 MPC) with 2 blocks and 9 kills, and she and Paige Davis each had 5 service points. Davis also had 22 assists.
In addition, Marah Lehman made 7 kills and led with 23 digs, Riley Evans had 3 kills and Karley Skultety added 13 digs.
