Greencastle-Antrim 3, West Perry 0: The Blue Devils ran their record to 6-1 (5-1 MPC) by handling the Mustangs in 3 games Thursday night in a home contest.
Greencastle breezed to wins of 25-14, 25-9 and 25-14.
“The girls did a great job of staying consistent throughout the whole match,” G-A coach Corry Eagler said. “Our passing was strong, which enabled us to run the middle with a high success rate. We had big attacks by Lily (Kauffman) in the middle and strong serving by Kylie (Kerns).”
Kauffman put down 10 kills, while Abigail Eagler had 7 and Kerns 6. Kerns had 12 service points and Wren Roberts had 11, and Kerns and Kauffman each had 5 aces.
Brianna Woodring made 12 digs and Kerns had 7. Eagler made 2 blocks, while Kerns had 23 assists and Alaina Garling added 10.
