Southern Fulton defeated the Southern Huntingdon Rockets in a conference matchup, on Friday night by the score of 46 to 37. The Indians (3-0, 2-0 ICC) led 33 to 24 going into the 3rd quarter and then hit 9 of 12 foul shots down the stretch to ice the game. Coach Jeremy Hann commented “We needed this game. We had lost to them in that building a couple times in a row and it was a focus for us to not let it happen again. We wanted it and that showed”. The defense was on point and our we rebounded well”. The Indians were led by Dane Harvey with 17 points, 10 rebounds 2 steals, and 1 block Konner Pittman had 17 points, and 5 rebounds. Zach Price added 6 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Kasey Fitz had 2 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists. Southern Huntingdon was led by Nate Myers with 21 points.
Southern Fulton travels to Everett on Monday evening for another ICC game.
