The Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers wound up their Mason Dixon Christian Conference girls volleyball season by dropping a 3-0 decision to Shalom Christian Tuesday in the MDCC playoff quarterfinals.
Second-seeded Shalom won by scores of 25-16, 25-21 and 25-13.
Leading the Blazers were Regan Bard with 21 assists, Julia Waltz with four kills, Sarah Vandersleen with five kills and two blocks, Morgan Householder with nine kills and five digs, and Kendra Bard with seven digs.
The seventh-seeded Blazers finished their MDCC season with a record of 6-11 overall, 4-11 MDCC. Shalom advances to Friday’s semifinals.
