Waterfall, Pa. – Forbes Road cruised to a run-rule victory in their home opener. The Cardinals scored in every inning, using nine hits, seven walks, two hit batsmen, and three Viking miscues to fuel the offense. Ethan Wright (2-3) and Matt Clippinger (2-3, 2B) posted multi-hit games. Kole Kendall added a double for the hosts. Grayson Hall collected the complete game pitching victory, surrendering two hits and walking one, while striking out 10 Shanksville hitters. Forbes Road (2-1, 1-1 ICC) hosts Fannett Metal tomorrow.
