ALTOONA — Altoona’s offense was on fire in the first half, scoring 53 points on the way to an 80-35 Mid Penn Commonwealth girls basketball victory over Chambersburg on Wednesday night.
The Trojans ended their season on a 16-game losing skid to finish 2-20 (1-15 MPC).
The Mountain Lions (14-7, 12-4 MPC), who finished second in the Commonwealth, had three players score 20 or more points — Bridgid Fox (22), Caranda Perea (21) and Olivia Hudson (20).
For Chambersburg, Sydney Schmus led with 11 points and Kiki Walker tallied 8.
