The Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils were eliminated from the PIAA 5A State Playoffs with an opening round loss to Allentown Central Catholic 69-52 at Freedom High School in Bethlehem Friday night.
Greencastle got off to a great start building a 7-0 first quarter lead and lead at the end of first quarter 17-14.
The Blue Devils trailed by just six at the half but the Vikings took complete control in the third quarter outscoring Greencastle 23-16 while making 11 of 14 shots from the field.
The Blue Devils finish with a 22-6 overall record, 20-2 in the regular season and a second straight Colonial Division Championship.
