Forbes Road opened its season with a win over Mercersburg Academy in a non-league game. Mara Broadwater scored three goals and had an assist, Quincy McMath scored twice and Harlie Strait scored with Hailey Dodson assisting.  FR held a 15-6 margin on shots with GK Zoe Cutchall making 6 saves on those shots.  MA’s Addie Dunn scored, assisted by Lauren Jones and MA’s GK Kate Trimet had nine saves.
